The nylon vest features extra padding and includes sand-filled bags for individual weight requirements. These weight bags can be added or removed for customization of individual fitness routines.

It features a pull-off that is secured with a buckle for safety and ease of use. Our weighted vest can be removed quickly and safely by pulling off the left shoulder strap and gently sliding the vest off.
