Sports taping is a technique commonly used for injury management and prevention. After an assessment with your physiotherapist, this is ideal for:

• stabilise or support the injury
• pain-relief via a de-loading of the vulnerable or painful structures

The tape’s woven rayon fabric is tough and durable, and the rubber-based blown zinc oxide adhesive is extremely strong. This combination guarantees that the tape won’t tear or come undone even during strenuous movement. The tape is easy to apply – it unwinds smoothly and evenly from the roll; serrated edges allows it to be torn by hand or cut with scissors to the necessary length, and it moulds to the body well.
